Shipping

All of our items usualy ship within 5-7 days. Personalized items may take longer.

Return Policy

Please contact us prior to returning or exchanging items.

Non-personalized items may be returned for either a refund or exchange within 15 days from receipt of the items. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Personalized items may only be returned if they are received in a damaged condition or if we have made an error in the personalization. Only exchanges will be made for the returned personalized item-No refunds are given. If the personalization error was made by the customer, the item may not be returned. If the item qualifies for an exchange, it must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the item.

Your Receipt

We will email an order confirmation to you (the purchaser) immediately upon placing your order. Please print and/or save this order confirmation email for your records as it will serve as your receipt. If you need to contact us, this will have your order number on it.
